MICHAEL Caga-anan Aguhar in a FB snapshot with his wife Irina and daughter Zoya passed suddenly Feb. 20 in Chicago. Michael, a lawyer was an executive director of AFIRE and heads an NGO clearinghouse for grants at the time of his passing. Friends had set up a GOFundme for the family organized by Rivka Yeker.
