Judith Gemina Pagsisihan, 80 passed away on March 2. She was born in Ozamiz City, Mindanao. She was predeceased in 2013 by her husband Andy. She is the mother of Rusty, Harah, Caroline, and Andrei. She was the grandmother of four; sibling of nine. Judith had retired from St. Mary’s Hospital where she had worked for over 20 years.
Wake was held at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home in Chicago in early March. Interment at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery in Niles, IL. Judith’s family thanks those who sent sent their condolences.
Richard Anthony Distajo, beloved son, brother and father, died suddenly of a stroke March 5 at the age of 43. Rick was born April 3, 1972, in Evanston, IL. He is survived by his son and daughter, Nicholas and Olivia, his mother and father, Emilie and Renato, his brother Ronald, sister-in-law, Catherine, his niece, Liana, and countless aunts, uncles and cousins.
Wake was held at the Smith Corcoran Funeral Home in Chicago on March 12 and 13. Funeral service was held at Queen of All Saints Basilica March 14.
Ireneo Abrenica Caraos, age 81, passed away March 2. He is survived by his wife Rosita; survived by his children Maria Victoria and Marcelino Marco; was the sibling of Teresita (Benito) Bautista. Funeral March 5 from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home in Chicago to Our Lady of Mercy Church in Chicago for Mass. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
